Nursery:

- Finish stripping the wallpaper.

- Pull up carpeting.

- Remove ceiling texture.

- Have someone give the plaster a new skim coat and patch if needed.
- Strip all woodwork, sand, and repaint.

- Get new light fixture.

Bathroom (upstairs):

– Fix shower rod.
– Tear out woodwork.

- Have drywall hung.

- Give new drywall a primer coat of paint.

Master bedroom:
- Strip fireplace.
- Strip wallpaper.
- Rip up carpeting.
- Strip woodwork.

Guest room:
- Strip wallpaper.

Dressing room:
- Strip wallpaper.

Foyer:
- Finish stripping wallpaper.

Library:
- Strip wallpaper.
- Get woodwork stripped.

Living room:
- Strip wallpaper.

Butler’s pantry:
- Fix ceiling.
- Strip wallpaper.
– Rip up carpeting.

Kitchen:
- Install oven.

Back bedroom:
- Insulate and drywall.

- Give a primer coat of paint.

- Tear down bookcase exposing old door.

Outside house:
- Tear down and rebuild back deck.

-Fix the front porch.

Whole house:
– Take out gas stoves blocking fireplaces.
- Box gutters.
– Electricity.
- Downstairs plaster.
- Roof repair.

- Have exterminators do treatment.
